Scenic Views Along the Adoption Highway

The journey along the adoption highway can be long and tiring.  The waiting can make it downright monotonous.  The time between major roadsigns can seem like an eternity. You know that the wheels are spinning, but you don't feel like you are getting anywhere.

BUT God, in all His glory, has provided some scenic views along the way and they are intended to be part of the journey.  If we do not stop to look at the vista, we will miss the full effect of where we are going and the road that we are on.  Remember, life is not lived when we reach our destination; it is lived along the way.

The movie Soul Surfer, is a scenic view along this highway that you will not want to miss.

Actually, I'll consider it both a scenic view and a pit stop because after you have seen it and get back on the road, you will not only be re-freshed, you will be re-fueled and re-purposed.  Don't just go through the motions of this process letting the wheels spin beneath you propelling you forward...embrace the journey for all that is.
