Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives: Seafood Pasta

Food for thought:

Seafood Pasta

Cook one box of Farafelle pasta according to package directions.  Drain, rinse, set aside.

1/2 c olive oil
1/2 c butter
Heat together in a pan.

6-8 cloves of fresh garlic minced and sprinkled with kosher salt
1/2 bunch of chopped Italian parsley
9 green olives, sliced
2 ounces of capers
1/4-1/2 t cracked black pepper
1/2-1 t basil
1/2 c white wine

Then add:
2lb uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pkg Louis Kemp crab chunks
Toss together in the pan.

Then add:
8 ounces chicken broth
8 ounces of coconut milk
zest of one lemon
sea salt to taste
(Adjust the amount of liquid to your liking.)

Then add:
cooked pasta

Toss.  Salt to taste.  Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice.  Serve in individual bowls with fresh lemon wedges.
