Food for Thought:
1 Praise the LORD, O my soul;
all my inmost being, praise his holy name.
2 Praise the LORD, O my soul,
and forget not all his benefits-
3 who forgives all your sins
and heals all your diseases,
4 who redeems your life from the pit
and crowns you with love and compassion,
5 who satisfies your desires with good things
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
6 The LORD works righteousness
and justice for all the oppressed. (Psalm 103)
For those of us still on 'the Adoption Highway' waiting, we continue to pray.
We are holding on, waiting for the blessing promised to us at the end of this long, hard road.
We are not letting go, not giving up.
We are waiting expectantly for the blessing at the end of this long, hard road.
We BELIEVE that it is coming.
We are praising the LORD who saved us, redeemed us, and loved us...the One who is using us as His hands and feet...the One who has written a name on our hearts...the One who sets the lonely in families.
The Promise Keeper. The Faithful One. The Father.
The One who loves the little children.
Until the day of blessing and forever more, we are praying and praising His mighty name!
Be patient! The blessing is coming.
